GET IN THE DIRT

As the summer months start to dwindle away, increasingly more individuals are embracing the outdoors here in Arizona. We, here at Collectiv, want to help share some the insights and benefits to outdoor play. Just off hand

  • Creative Play – Using the imagination to learn and play with others
  • Tactile Play – Using the environment and materials to further motor functions and physical development
  • Form of Nature Play – Connection with natural world by allowing interaction

We also encourage residents to get involved with their community and embrace the outdoors by checking out any volunteer groups. One that we would like to highlight today is Arizona Community Tree Council, inc. They offer volunteer hours and host workshops where you can plant of tree. Go to the following to learn more:
