PALMtower is a stunning 28-Story Will Bruder designed tower which features 352 resident units offering quick access to the Arizona Center & downtown amenities. In collaboration with Lamar Johnson Collaborative, collectiV developed a large-scale amenity terrace that caps the seven-level podium offering breathtaking views of downtown Phoenix and distant mountains. The outdoor amenity deck includes a large swimming pool, spa, gym, open lawn, and kitchen. Lush plantings were carefully selected to provide shade & enhance the architectural palette which includes architectural concrete masonry walls with horizontal rustic ‘weeping’ mortar joints, and satin silver metal/louvers protecting the glazed façades.
